Smooth Process & Perfectly Maintained Yacht

I chartered the Lagoon 42 in mid-April. The boat handover is carried out using an online checklist, which you complete yourself. At the end, a member of the Hermes Yachting team explained all the unclear points to us comprehensively and in detail. The boat was in perfect condition! A WhatsApp group was also set up, and emergency cell phone numbers were exchanged so we could always reach someone if any problems arose. The boat inspection was also relaxed and was carried out quickly and friendly by the team.
All in all, we had a wonderful sailing trip and will definitely come back.

Great Support & Reliable Problem Handling

First time with Hermes yachting. We chartered a lagoon 42 which was highly maintained and very well equipped. With 600 L of fuel , 600l water and a generator with water maker it is easy to go around. We had early check in and set to kea on saturday, upon arriving to kea, we discovered a big leak of hot water from the boiler which ment, no water for hot shower and limited use of cold water. We contacted the team and a mechanic arrived that evening for first inspection. The leak was temoprarily fixed the next morning which enabled us to continue the trip and use hot water. A day later, they sent replacement parts to Siros and it was fully fixed. Overall we had an issue with hot water for one night. The team treated the issue as best as possible. Will return to Hermes…

Fantastic sailing experience aboard the HermesYachting catamaran ZOE. This was our second year sailing this catamaran through the Cyclades and Saronic Islands. The check-in/check-out was very professional, with assistance entering and leaving the port, refueling right at the mooring, and a proper welcome service. The vessel was well-equipped and well-maintained, and the service during our voyage was excellent. Our mainsail pulley broke, and when we reported it, they sent a technician to the first port on our route who repaired it without disrupting our travel plans. Congratulations on your service!
